Every custom order follows the same five-stage production sequence, regardless of size or pose complexity.

1. Concept & 3D Sculpt

   Character artwork is converted into a digital or clay 3D model for proportion and pose approval.

2. Mold Creation

   A multi-part mold is cast from the approved sculpt to allow repeatable, consistent production runs.

3. Shell Casting & Lamination

   Fiberglass or resin layers are built up inside the mold to the required wall thickness.

4. Finishing & Color Match

   Surfaces are sanded, primed, and hand-painted or gel-coated to the approved color code.

5. QC, Crating & Shipping

   Each piece passes a structural and color-match check before crating for freight to the installation site.
